MADI scientists have developed simulation models for diagnostics of hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders of construction machines

Head of the chair "Production and repair of automobiles and road machines", Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Vladimir Zorin and postgraduate student of the chair Nguyen Trong Minh have developed simulation models of hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders of transport and technological machines.

The simulation programs were developed on the basis of the MATLAB-SIMULINK software module in order to estimate the technical condition of hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders by the results of the hydraulic system parameters change - angular velocity, piston speed and working liquid pressure, when the gaps in the hydraulic drive elements increase during the wear of rubbing parts. The purpose of the programs is to determine the current technical state, predict the remaining life and to prevent the occurrence of failures of hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders of construction and transport machines.

The developed programs of mathematical models are based on the results of theoretical and experimental researches of change of a technical state, working capacity and reliability of elements of a hydraulic drive of transport-technological machines carried out by the graduate student from Vietnam while performing his dissertation work.

A certificate of state registration of the Federal Intellectual Property Service has been obtained for the developed programs.
