MADI to develop cooperation with North Korea

On December 3, at the DPRK Embassy in Moscow, MADI management had a working meeting with the Ambassador of DPRK to Russia Sin Hong Chol.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Public Council of MADI, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Head of the Parliamentary Group for Friendship with the Parliament of the DPRK, Kazbek Taisayev.

Mr. Sin Hong Chol emphasized the growing interest in learning the Russian language in his country and expressed confidence that cooperation with MADI will bring tangible benefits to both countries.

The representatives of MADI confirmed our readiness to develop ties with educational and scientific organizations of the DPRK. In addition, our university is ready to teach Korean students in higher education programs, as well as to carry out advanced training and professional retraining of specialists of the country's automobile and road construction industry.

The ambassador congratulated the MADI staff on the 90th anniversary of the university and expressed confidence in the successful implementation of joint projects.
